Meet Amy: A Trusted Coach

I’ve spent the last 13 years as a career coach and communications leader at Stanford University — supporting students and alumni through career questions, change, and moments of “what now?”

And I’ve lived it, too. From reinventing my professional path (more than once!) to navigating profound personal loss as a young widow, I’ve had to ask myself: Who am I now? What do I want next? What matters to me?

Through time, reflection, and support, I’ve gained greater clarity and confidence in answering those questions — and in living into my answers. And I believe you can, too.

I love helping people explore those same questions I’ve faced — not just to find clarity, but to reconnect with themselves, their values, and what’s possible in the next chapter of their lives.

Today, I work with thoughtful people in seasons of change — whether it’s a career beginning or pivot, a life shift, or simply a sense that something new is calling.

Together, we’ll clarify what really matters and envision your next chapter.

I hold a master’s in counseling psychology with a career development emphasis from Santa Clara University. I’m currently completing coach training through the College of Executive Coaching and working toward both my Board Certified Coach designation and my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation.

In my free time you can find me hiking with friends in the Bay Area, catching up on my favorite books and podcasts about psychology and personal growth (I highly recommend the Typology podcast!), or walking my dog, Hobbs!

“Amy was so great to work with – she helped me explore my interests and make sense of my thoughts. She was always so supportive, and I’d leave our chats feeling more grounded and more confident in myself.”
